Deposit Policy and Terms for Private Event Bookings

Thank you for choosing us to host your private event! To ensure a smooth booking process and a memorable experience, please review our deposit policy and terms below:

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of [30%] of the total booking cost is required to secure your event date and time. This deposit confirms your booking and ensures our availability for your event.

The deposit amount will be applied toward the total balance of your event.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [3 days] prior to the event date.

For bookings made within [3 days] of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than [3 days] before the event date, your deposit will be retained, but no additional charges will apply.

If you cancel within [3 days] of the event date, your deposit will be retained, AND you will be responsible for paying the remaining [70%] of the total booking cost.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us at least [7 days] in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

Your deposit will be transferred to the new booking date.
Rescheduling requests made less than [7 days] before the event may incur an additional fee.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive or you are unreachable on the day of the event, all funds will be retained.
No refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the unlikely event that we are unable to host your event due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Travel Fee

The $200 price is for any event within a 15 mile driving range of the intersection at 7 Mile & Evergreen Rd, Detroit MI 48219.
If your event is outside of this range, your booking will include a Travel Fee of [$20].
